Undeveloped land. Seller will consider owner financing with 25% down and 6.5% interest. Seller to convey via quit claim deed. County has told seller two things. 1. Building department: Can build on property if set backs are met and property has street address. 2. Planning department: Can't build on property with retention pond. Seems to build, retention pond would need to be split onto separate lot.
