This Lot #23 @ 3402 River Ridge is currently combined with the home/lot #24 for sale next door @ 3404 River Ridge and wil need to be subdivided. It was subdivided previously prior to when the sellers bought Lot 24 to custom build their home and they subsequently bought lot 23 and combined the lots into one lot. The owners will pay for the surveys to get the lots re subdivided.
