This charming ADU has new central hvac, off street parking and its own private balcony/deck overlooking a park-sized heirloom pecan grove! All utilities, internet and lawn care is included in the rent. The main dwelling is the agent/owners/landlord’s part-time home. We are pet friendly. Please consider that we occasionally use the main property for TV and Film shoots, weddings and things of that nature. While there is essentially no impact to the interior of the space, we are seeking a resident who will live colaboratively with this occasional use.
