However, you can use one more room if you need extra space or room without any extra cost, there are two empty rooms in first floor. Someone already lives at first floor (2) and share common area and kitchen as well. rental fees include Water, Electronic, Internet, Laundry and all furniture included BED as well (A form of living by sharing a house).
