One other cultural attraction we would be remiss not to mention is the famous “Big Chicken” that looms over a KFC restaurant along Cobb Parkway. Other attractions to check out include Paper Mill Road with historic Civil War Ruins and Sope Creek. Looking to cool off on a hot summer afternoon? The Chattahoochee River, often known as simply the “Hooch,” is perfect for kayaking and rafting. Six Flags White Water is a large water park with many slides, rides, and other activities, and it’s located just off I-75.
